As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and arrive within 3–6 working days of dispatch.
Can’t find your tracking number?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Please note that the tracking number can take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
- If you still can’t find it, email us at monoshyla@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
